New marketing team in place at Agria Pet Insurance

A new marketing team at Agria Pet Insurance has been put in place to meet the challenges of the business’s continued growth across its UK customer base.

Since moving into the UK in 2009, the 124-year-old specialist pet insurer has become a significant feature in lifetime insurance, having established strong links with the veterinary sector, animal specialists and welfare organisations. The marketing team is tasked with helping Agria further its prominence in the UK.

Taking on the role of Marketing Manager is Anne Finnigan. She joins the business from her previous role as Marketing Manager at InHealth Group, and brings to the position considerable management experience in all areas of marketing.

Marketing Communications Executive Christiana Blakemore has previously held senior marketing positions at Asquith Nurseries, QS Advisory and KPMG, giving her extensive experience of managing a variety of multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Emily Howard, Digital Marketing Executive, specialises in digital communications and e-commerce. She joins the team from her position as E-Commerce Manager at Jigsaw24 and has particular expertise in website user experience, database marketing and social media management.

Joining the team as Marketing Assistants are Kelley Carter and Maren Adsero. Kelley, who has recently completed a degree in Business Management at Southampton Solent University, supports Agria’s advertising and offline marketing activities. Maren joins the team to assist with Agria’s digital marketing and events, having recently achieved an MA in Marketing Communications and Advertising at Kingston University.

In addition to their own lifetime insurance, for which Agria has recently been awarded the Cat Friendly Award by International Cat Care (ICC), Agria also administers insurance for Kennel Club Pet Insurance and the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy (GCCF).
