Agria Pet Insurance has appointed John Walker-Lee as Head of Underwriting. In this key role for the company, John will be responsible for Agria’s pricing, analysis and insurance terms and conditions, as well as managing the company’s risk profile.
Coming from his most recent role as Bids Director for Totally, John brings many years of experience to Agria.
Previously, John was jointly responsible for setting up Bupa Health Dialog as the company’s Commercial Director. This saw him put in place operational strategies for the business and work as a key member of the Senior Management team. Prior to this, John was Actuarial Service Manager for Bupa, where he led a highly successful team of Actuarial Analysts and Risk Analysts.
John says, “With the company’s recent and ongoing developments, this is an exciting time at Agria. I am delighted to be joining and bringing over 20 years of insurance experience into this field.”
