Agria’s Rehoming and Charity team had another great year at the Association of Dogs and Cats Homes (ADCH) Conference, with the key themes for 2018 being welfare, cats and management.
Throughout the two days of the conference, the specialist team was on-hand to discuss Agria’s extensive work with rehoming organisations across the UK – including their provision of 5 Weeks Free policies to rehomed animals of any age.
As well as finding out all about Agria’s work in the rehoming sector, support of charities and reward scheme, visitors to the Agria stand were also invited to enter Agria’s prize draw to win a £250 Amazon voucher. The lucky winner was Amy Younger who won the voucher on behalf of the Blue Cross, Thirsk branch!
Amy said, “I had a wonderful time at the ADCH Conference and found it incredibly beneficial for so many aspects of my work. To find out I’d won the Agria Rehoming prize draw was the icing on the cake – I’m absolutely delighted to have won and to have £250 to benefit the animals at Thirsk’s Blue Cross. Thank you Agria!”
Presenting Amy with her voucher was Karen Green from Agria’s Rehoming and Charity Team.
Lorraine Tannatt Nash, Head of Rehoming and Charity at Agria said, “The annual ADCH Conference is, without doubt, one of the highlights of the year for anyone involved in rescue and rehoming. We’re always delighted to be there among so many specialists highlighting such valuable topics. We’re thrilled for Amy on her win and hope the animals at the Blue Cross, Thirsk, enjoy whatever goodies their voucher buys them!”
