Agria’s winners at the BVNA Congress!

This year, not only did visitors to the Agria stand at the British Veterinary Nursing Association Congress find out how much our lifetime policies support practices and their clients, but three of them ended up as winners of a luxury spa day for two!

One winner was drawn at the end of each day of the three-day Congress, and they were:

  • Anita Pile, Registered Veterinary Nurse at Shaw Veterinary Centre, West Swindon
  • Sophie Evans, Senior Veterinary Nurse at Blacks Vets, Dudley
  • Kelly Saunby, Head Veterinary Nurse at Medivet, Long Sutton

A representative from the Agria team will be visiting each of the Vet Practices to present the winners with their vouchers.

Anita said, “I thoroughly enjoyed the BVNA congress this year and came to the Agria stand to find out what else is out there in the terms of pet insurance and to make sure I’m offering the right advice and service to my clients. The representative was informative and friendly and of course when he asked if we’d like to enter the competition, we were more than happy to!”

“I am thrilled to be picked as a winner, and even happier that it’s a spa day. My Mum has just had a knee replacement operation and it will be lovely to take her and for us both to have a lovely day being pampered!”

Sophie said, “As a SVN, this year was my first year at congress, and I absolutely loved it. The lectures and workshops I attended were so helpful with my training.”

“When speaking to Agria, both of the ladies on the stand were so friendly and gave us some great info that I can and have used within my practice for client (plus a freddo and pens); but if that wasn’t enough a week later I got a call to say I’d won their competition! Safe to say I’ll be returning to congress next year, and definitely the Agria stand!”

Kelly said, “I thoroughly enjoyed BVNA having not attended for a couple of years. It was a great opportunity to meet other nurses, attend quality lectures and gain valuable CPD. I approached Agria as it wasn’t an insurance company I was familiar with, and the representative at the stand seemed very friendly & approachable.”

“I am of course delighted with winning the prize as I never win anything! I’m very excited about my spa treat!”

Managing Director of Agria Pet Insurance, Simon Wheeler commented, “It was fantastic to see so many visitors come to our stand at the BVNA Congress and really encouraging that so many now knew Agria and seemed to have increasing numbers of clients with Agria cover. Our lifetime policies are designed specifically to enable veterinary professionals to give pets the right treatments and take advantage of the latest veterinary developments – throughout those pets’ lives.”

Wheeler continued, “As ever, the Congress was an amazing opportunity to network with suppliers, enable CPD for Agria VNs through the lively lecture programme and meet up with so many friends and colleagues from the veterinary sector – strong links here are so crucial in the development of our policies and service. Finally a massive congratulations to our competition winners – enjoy your spa day!”

With policies designed for high quality cover and affordability, Agria makes lifetime insurance accessible to more clients, helping vets to choose the most appropriate treatment for their pets – even for long-term conditions. To find out more, click here.
