We have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Trainer to join us based in Aylesbury. Joining on a full time permanent basis (flexibility regarding working hours is required in order to meet business needs) you will receive a highly competitive salary of £25,000 per annum plus benefits.

As our Contact Centre Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery of our agent & team leader induction programme for new starters, as well as the ongoing learning and development needs of our teams, through classroom based learning as well as side by side and 121 coaching.

A versatile individual, you will have the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a rapidly developing business. You will be required to maintain the effectiveness of Agria’s busy Contact Centre by identifying training needs and assisting with quality assurance measurement. Effective questioning and listening skills will therefore be required to be successful in this role.

 

Key duties and responsibilities of our Contact Centre Trainer:

  • Analyse agent performance through departmental call monitoring and develop relevant training to ensure agents operate effectively, improve and develop within their roles
  • Focus on enabling the contact centre to maximise Agria’s sales and retention opportunities
  • Plan and deliver Induction training to all new contact centre agents who will be handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Support the Training & Quality Manager in the design and delivery of the Deputy Team Leader Development Programme
  • Monitor and report online training module activity and results to management team
  • Proactively develop training materials alongside continuous evaluation of the current training schemes
  • Ensure all learning interventions are current and relevant and delivered in a blended approach to consider different learning styles

What we’re looking for in our Contact Centre Trainer:

  • Proven experience of delivering training in a contact centre environment
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of working in customer service
  • Ability to analyse operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work to agreed performance targets
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
