Job title: Contact Centre Trainer
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Trainer to join us based in Aylesbury. Joining on a full time permanent basis (flexibility regarding working hours is required in order to meet business needs) you will receive a highly competitive salary of £25,000 per annum plus benefits.
As our Contact Centre Trainer, you will be responsible for the delivery of our agent & team leader induction programme for new starters, as well as the ongoing learning and development needs of our teams, through classroom based learning as well as side by side and 121 coaching.
A versatile individual, you will have the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a rapidly developing business. You will be required to maintain the effectiveness of Agria’s busy Contact Centre by identifying training needs and assisting with quality assurance measurement. Effective questioning and listening skills will therefore be required to be successful in this role.
