Salary: £23,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 6 month fixed term contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly evolving company in the Pet Insurance industry. We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be part of the Contact Centre team on a full time basis. The role is for a period of six months with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, the Customer Complaints Co-ordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as ensuring that all customer complaints are fully investigated and complaints received are correctly logged, acknowledged and responded to within regulatory timelines. You will also liaise with the Compliance team to ensure complaint responses are in line with Financial Conduct Authorities regulation and internal processes.
What we would like you to have
You must have previous experience dealing with customer complaints as a Customer Complaints Co-ordinator or similar role, preferably gained in the insurance industry, and have some exposure to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles. You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, be self-motivated, highly organised and confident in communicating with all stakeholders both verbally and written. You will also have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships. Your previous experience will have enabled you be able to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
You’ll be required to work on a rotational shift pattern that covers the hours of 9am- 6pm, Monday to Friday and 9am- 1pm on Saturdays, working one in three Saturdays.
