Our first Grand Prix champion wins £400 towards a Dog Friendly break!

_NTI6175Huge congratulations to Rachel Sturman and her brilliant dog, Combyanaway Reddy To Rock – the winners of the very first Agria Pet Insurance Agility Grand Prix at Hatton Agility Festival.

After the course had been run, the top five in the class of almost 200 were placed as follows:

  • Becky Doughty with Switchin Sides: C 26.981 secs
  • Julia Maclean with Wynwich Wot A Folly: C 27.191 secs
  • Alison Naylor with Wynwich Wot The Heck: C 27.195 secs
  • Rachel Sturman with Morgans Irish Barrow Boy: C 27.498 secs
  • Rachel Sturman with Comebyanaway Reddy To Rock: C 27.980 secs

The final step was for these top five to run off against each other to find the Grand Prix winner. They all did superbly, but after a particularly impressive round, Rachel secured first place with Combyanaway Reddy To Rock!

Rachel wins £400 towards a Dog Friendly break, which ideal for her and her very speedy Collie to recharge their batteries ready for the next show!

Congratulations Rachel, and well done to all of the handlers who took part in the first Agria Pet Insurance Agility Grand Prix.

Handlers will have a second opportunity to win another prize of up to £400 towards a fantastic ‘Dog-Friendly’ weekend break at the Agria Pet Insurance Agility Grand Prix at The Pet Show at Stoneleigh Park in August 2015.
