Refer a friend is available to our existing customers only. It lets you introduce your friends or family to pet insurance from Agria. If they set up an annual insurance policy with us and do not cancel within 90 days of the policy start, we'll give both of you a £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

As soon as your friend buys a policy using your unique refer a friend link, they will get a policy confirmation email.

It is essential for them to use that exact link to purchase a policy, in order for us to track the sale back to your referral.

Your rewards will be sent via email from noreply@optimisemedia.com to both of you within 120 days of your friend’s policy start date with Agria.

Yes. As soon as you have generated your unique refer a friend link, you can share the promotion on your Facebook or X (Twitter) account. If a friend clicks on your link, and sets up an annual policy with Agria and they followed the Terms and Conditions, you'll both receive your £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card rewards after 90 days.

If you haven’t received your reward and more than 120 days have passed since your friend’s policy start date, and they followed the Terms and Conditions, please contact us at RAFenquiry@agriapet.co.uk, so we can investigate and get back to you with a response.

Please note that we are unable to respond to queries about non-receipt of rewards until 90 after your friend’s policy start date.’

The promotion is administered by Optimise Media Ltd (“Optimise”) acting as a Data Processor on behalf of Agria. Optimise will collect and process the First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Postcode, of all participants which will be used to enable Optimise to issue emails confirming referral registrations, tracked sales and for the notification and sending of rewards.

An Optimise tracking cookie containing anonymous campaign identifiers will also be used to enable the campaign to be administered correctly. Any personal data held within Optimise systems will only be used for the purpose of the campaign as agreed with Agria and will be anonymised once the reward has been issued and all related administration has been completed.

Your data is transferred from your web browser to Optimise using encrypted data format. It’s then stored in our data warehouse, which is protected by a series of firewalls including intrusion detection. It’s also in an encrypted format for added security.
