Double Awards win at Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2019

For the second year running, we’ve won both Pet Insurance Provider of the Year and Best Claims Service at the prestigious Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2019!

The whole Agria team is extremely proud of this achievement – not just winning both awards, two years in a row - but also as we were voted ahead of the biggest names in the insurance industry, by both consumers and an expert Moneyfacts panel.

Winning the Moneyfacts Consumer Awards requires a combination of the results of a consumer survey – this year completed by a record of over 180,000 individuals – and expert analysis of features and benefits of products to determine standout performers of the year.

Pet Insurance Provider of the Year

This award is based on the provision of technically superior products and excellent consumer feedback from the Moneyfacts Consumer independent annual survey. An unbeatable rating in both technical and customer services scores gave Agria Pet Insurance its second win in a row for this category.

Best Claims Service

Agria Pet Insurance has been presented with this award for the second successive year. The category relies entirely on the opinion of consumers who have made claims, and Agria Pet Insurance has clearly made a good impression when its customers needed it most, bringing it to the top of this category.
