Agria Academy 2025

A huge congratulations to this year’s cohort of the Agria Academy! The year-long programme brought together 15 colleagues from the UK, Ireland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden, each nominated for their enthusiasm, attitude and ambition.
 
Across three modules, hosted in Norway, the UK and Sweden, the group learnt about:

-Self-leadership training
-Practical workshops in customer experience
-Study visits, learning about assistance dogs, the work of vets and more
 
Agria Academy is all about investing in our people and building a community where we grow together – for ourselves, for our customers, and for animal welfare everywhere.
 
So, a huge thank you to those who organised the programme and shared their time and expertise, and well done to all those who participated.
