Terms and conditions

3. To be eligible for this promotion, your friend should not be an existing Agria Pet Insurance Ltd customer ("the Recipient").

4. The Referrer must use the online refer a friend process to recommend Agria Pet Insurance Ltd to the Recipient. The online refer a friend process is accessed via My Account section where the referrer is able to generate a unique referral link to be shared with their chosen recipient.

5. If the Recipient successfully sets up an annual policy with Agria Pet Insurance Ltd using the shared referral link, then within 120 days of the Recipient's policy start date with Agria Pet Insurance Ltd, we will, subject to the terms of the Promotion, issue the following rewards to both the Referrer and the Recipient:

• A £20 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.

6. You are asked to confirm that you have the Recipient’s permission to provide their contact details each time you make a recommendation to them, and you represent and warrant to Us that you have the Recipient's consent to send them offers by email.

7. All transactions must be validated by Us before the Reward can be issued.

8. We are unable to respond to queries about non-receipt of the Reward until 90 days after the Recipient's policy start date.

9. If you believe you are eligible for a Reward but have not received one, we will investigate your claim provided we receive your enquiry no later than 120 days after the closure of the Promotion.

10. Any personal data collected during this Promotion will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Our Privacy Policy which is available to view at: https://www.agriapet.co.uk/privacy-policy/

12. Please note this Promotion is being monitored. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel transactions suspected of being fraudulent,

We accept no liability for lost entries and no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion, including any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an ability to participate in the Promotion.

14. To the maximum extent permitted by law, We accept no liability for any loss, damage, and/or personal injury suffered by participating in this Promotion and/or arising out of the enjoyment of the Reward.

15. Rewards will only be approved once for each Referrer/Recipient pair. If a reward is not received, the same reward will be re-issued and the replacement cannot be used in addition to the original reward.

16. This offer is not available for use in conjunction with any other promotion. During the period that these Terms and Conditions apply, We reserve the right to alter, amend, or terminate the Promotion at any stage without prior notice. This Promotion is administered by Optimise Media Limited on behalf of Agria Pet Insurance Ltd.
