The Promoter is Agria Pet Insurance. 

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

Open to rehoming and rescue organisations operating or residing in the UK. 

Entrants must be 18 years or over and authorised to participate on behalf of their organisation. 

Rehoming partners who have submitted a letter of termination, are under investigation, or are suspended will not be eligible for the prize draw. 

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility, and organisational status of all participants. 

To enter, rehoming partners must log in to Agria Rewards via MyAccount. 

Participants must complete the Crufts quiz and answer all 5 questions correctly to be entered into the Crufts tickets prize draw. 

Each organisation may only enter once.  

Entries close at 23:59 on Monday 16th February 2026.  

10 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. A random entry source will be used to assure fairness.  

Each winner will receive one pair (two) general entry tickets to Crufts 2025, valid on any day between Thursday 5th – Sunday 8th March 2025. 

This prize does not include entry to Best in Show. 

Winners will be contacted via email with x2 unique codes which will be redeemable via the official Crufts ticket website (AXS). 

Should a winner be selected who has terminated their partnership, another eligible organisation will be chosen. 

Winners are responsible for ensuring their email address is correct and checked regularly (including spam/junk folders).  

Tickets will be issued to the email address linked to the organisation’s registered Agria Rewards account. 

Each winner will receive one pair of Crufts tickets. 

All elements of the prize are subject to availability. 

Prizes are nonexchangeable, nontransferable, and have no cash alternative. 

The Promoter is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any additional winner expenses. 

Ticket codes are subject to AXS and Crufts terms of conditions.  

system errors, technical failures, or incomplete entries; 

prize delivery issues resulting from incorrect or outdated information provided by entrants; 

any inability to redeem tickets through AXS. 

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. 

Events may occur that render the prize draw or awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control. The Promoter reserves absolute discretion to vary or amend the promotion, and no liability shall attach as a result. 

If any aspect of this prize draw cannot run as planned — including but not limited to virus infection, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical failures — the Promoter may modify, suspend, or invalidate affected entries at its sole discretion. 

The Promoter and associated companies are not liable for any loss (including indirect, special, or consequential loss), expense, or damage suffered in connection with this promotion or prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., personal injury, death, fraud). 

Any legal interpretation of these rules will be based on English law, with the Courts of England and Wales having exclusive jurisdiction. 

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of administering this promotion. 

Data will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment (e.g., ticket code provision). 

By participating, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

Any attempt to circumvent entry limits, manipulate the quiz, or interfere with the draw may result in disqualification. 

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or reclaim the prize if an entrant breaches these Terms & Conditions. 

Open to RH organisations / RKC Breed Rescues based in the UK.  

Offer redemption is available after one month, once they have:   

Signed an Agria Rehoming Partner agreement,  

Been fully set up as an Agria partner, and completed Agria Free Cover training.  

Points may only be redeemed after one full month of partnership and once all requirements above have been completed.  

The welcome offer of £75 worth of points is available to RH organisations / RKC Breed Rescues that sign up to work with Agria by 31st May 2026.  

RH organisations / RKC Breed Rescues that are not a Crufts prospect or lead are excluded from this welcome offer.  

The Promoter (Agria Pet Insurance) reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participating organisations.

Agria Pet Insurance accepts no liability for any damage or injury arising from receipt or use of the prize.   

The promoter (Agria Pet Insurance) reserves the right to disqualify any individual who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.   

If for any reason this giveaway cannot be run as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, the promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the offer or invalidate any affected entries.   

Agria Pet Insurance and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the free gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.   

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
