Vet fees
Up to £20,000 each year, renewed in full every year.
Third-party liability
Up to £3 million, so you’re covered if your dog injures a third party or someone takes legal action against your dog.

Behavioural treatment
If your dog needs to see a certified behavioural specialist for common problems like noise phobia or separation anxiety and you’re referred by your vet.
Lost or stolen pets
Up to £1,500 of help towards finding your dog, including advertising and offering a reward.
Pet 24 Reunite Service
The fastest way to be reunited with your dog if it is lost or strays, free for the first 12 months with your new pet insurance.
Common conditions
As long as there were no symptoms or signs before the start of the policy, your policy will cover a wide range of common conditions, including:
- Dental illness and injury (excluding routine check-ups, elective treatments, crowns and root canal procedures).
- Diabetes.
- Skin conditions.
Travel and accommodation
Up to £300 for the cost of travel and accommodation expenses if your usual vet refers you to another vet.

Optional extras
Death or loss from theft or straying
We will refund your pet’s purchase price up to £2,500 if they are lost or stolen and not recovered within 45 days. Or if they die due to an insured illness or injury.
Boarding fees and holiday cancellation costs
Up to £2,000 towards holiday cancellation and boarding fees.
Breeding Risks Cover
Up to £2,500 towards death as a result of complications of pregnancy or giving birth. Up to £1,000 towards fertility examinations and treatment, complications from pregnancy and giving birth, and veterinary fees for puppies.
Overseas travel cover
Including up to £2,000 quarantine kennel costs, £500 emergency expenses, and £250 towards replacing a pet passport.
What's not covered
Cover for pre-existing conditions that started before your policy
Conditions that began or showed symptoms before your policy started are considered pre-existing. Conditions that arise after your policy exclusion period ends are covered as long as the policy remains active.
The cost of routine pet care, such as vaccinations and check-ups
But, if you choose our most extensive cover, we’ll give you a £100 voucher every year to help with the cost.

How to make a claim
We know it's stressful when your dog is unwell, or gets injured. So we've made making a claim simple. The easiest and fastest way to make a claim is for your vet to do it on your behalf.
Your vet can simply fill out our online form, and we pay them directly. So you don't have to worry about managing their claims, or waiting for payments.
